How we tailor make your holiday:

1. We listen

Your dream holiday is music to our ears. Call one of our Destination Specialists or talk to us on Live Chat and – first and foremost – we will listen to your travel plans. Tell us what kind of thing you fancy, whether it’s something specific or just an idea you want to sound out, and we’ll take it all in – no interruptions or sales pitches. The more we listen, the more we’ll learn, and the better we can tailor your experience.

2. We suggest

While we’re listening, we’re constantly thinking of ways we can enhance the experience for you. We can’t help it: we’re travel-obsessed and we’ve been to every destination we sell. That means we can come up with a range of suggestions based on what we’ve learned by listening – from destinations we think you’d love, to tours that tick off the places on your wish-list, and holiday types that’ll suit you down to the ground.

3. We personalise

We don’t do one-size-fits-all. Every holiday we sell is tailored to the individual jetting off on it, so this is when we start personalising your trip. You tell us which holiday suggestions you like and which places have piqued your interest, and we’ll pull out individual hotel suggestions to suit. Plus, we’ll cherry-pick potential activities and tours to help you get even more from your break, because we look at holidays as experiences, and we want this to be one you’ll never forget.

4. We customise

Once you’re happy you’ve got the holiday of your dreams, we take care of the rest – so you can simply relax and enjoy it. We’ll arrange quotes, flight details and transfers, you’ll have a dedicated number to speak to your Destination Specialist should you have any questions. Then we look forward to hearing how it all went when you get back.

5. Our Group Size:

Generally a minimum of 2 guests to a large group, whatever the size, we are able to cater for you.

6. Our Departure Date:

This is one of our most requested reasons our guests choose an independent tour, so yes, you are able to choose you own departure date.

7. Our Tour Leader:

We work with experienced professional local guides, who love their work and love sharing their passion for their place with our guests.

8. Our Accommodation:

Your choice is unlimited. You are able to choose a hotel to suit your own style, budget and location.

9. Our Transport:

Depending on your itinerary, it may include walking, private vehicle, public bus, cycling, plane. We can arrange any of these modes of transport to suit you and your budget. We include comprehensive travel packages with just about everything included in one price.
